How did I turn from a scientist to a marketing consultant?

The short answer is, that I always wanted to give reach to products and ideas that deserve to get heard. The long answer you can find below.

PhD in Skin cancer research

After my studies of molecular medicine, I did 5 years of fundamental research on skin cancer for my PhD. I was passionate about science, but even more fascinated by how we talk about it – or often fail to.

While running experiments, you’d always find me with headphones on, listening to books and podcasts on marketing, psychology, and communication. I realized that no matter how groundbreaking the research is, it only has an impact if people understand it. That’s when I discovered my true passion: translating complex medical topics into clear, accessible strategies that actually reach people.

Curious to learn how communication works at scale, I joined the corporate world – first as a product manager in biotech then as a marketing manager in diagnostics. I helped bring cancer diagnostics to market, built campaigns from scratch, and worked with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, regulated environments.

Still, I often found myself thinking: There has to be a more human, more focused way to do this.

That’s why I started my own business – to work directly with founders, researchers, and healthcare professionals who want to bring good ideas to life.
Today, I combine scientific credibility with marketing know-how to help you build strategies that make sense – strategically, ethically, and emotionally.
